sales tax exemptionsThis article is a gentle reminder for all our customers that are Agricultural and Timber producers.  The current Texas ag and timber sales tax exemptions uniformly expire across the state on December 31, 2015.  A valid registration number is required by state law to claim sales tax exemption on any products you use to produce agricultural or timber products for sale. You must renew your registrations every 4 years. Renewal instructions were mailed during the month of October. Look for yours soon if you have not already received it. Renewals will expire again on December 31, 2019.
